This fully automatic rotary perfume filling machine applies professional vacuum negative pressure filling technology, specially designed for filling low-viscosity and volatile products including perfume, floral water and essence. Adopting rotary operation, it achieves automated bottle feeding, positioning, vacuum filling and bottle discharging for continuous and high-efficiency production. Based on the constant-level negative pressure siphon filling principle, the equipment effectively avoids liquid level deviation caused by bottle tolerance, ensuring accurate, consistent and neat filling results for every bottle. All material contact parts adopt food-grade SUS316L stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance, meeting cosmetic hygiene standards and enabling easy cleaning. Air washing
Equipped with one air cleaning machine for cleaning perfume bottles and removing dust.
UV Sterilization
The UV sterilization unit on the linear perfume filling machine is designed to eliminate bacteria and microorganisms on the bottle surfaces and within the surrounding air, ensuring that the perfume remains hygienic and free from contamination during the filling process, and complies with cosmetic safety standards.
Filling nozzle
3 pieces of the vacuum filling nozzles fill the perfume to the bottles,it can make sure the liquid level of the bottle is at the same line.
And also remove the air out,make sure that there is no bubbles inside the bottles.
Pump feeding
This spray pump feeding station is connected with the vibration bowl.
When the vibration bowl start vibrating,it will feed the pump the this station automatically.
And then the robotic hand will clamp the pump into the bottle.
Pre-crimping 
After the pump being fed into the bottle,some pump will be not very vertical to fit the bottles. So this pre-crimping station will press the pump a bit,make the pump vertically fit into the bottle,,make it ready for crimping officially.
Crimping
The crimping station will press the pump into the bottle ,and then crimping it,make the pump fixed with the bottles.
Collar feeding
This collar feeding station is connected with the vibration bowl. When the vibration bowl start vibrating,it will feed the pump the this station automatically. And then the robotic hand will clamp the collar into the bottle.
Collaring
The collaring station will press the collar down,make it fixed into the bottle.
Bottle pick out
The robotic hand will clamp the finished bottles out to the conveyor belt to the next process.
PLC control
This machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system and a human-machine interface touch screen. It can set parameters such as filling volume and filling speed, and has a remote sensing control function.
