Automatic Double Head Heated Gear Pump Filling Machine
This double head heated gear pump filling machine is specially developed for high viscosity materials which are easy to solidify at room temperature, such as vaseline, body scrub, facial cream, body butter, wax paste and ointment.
With independent heating system for both storage tank and filling nozzles, it keeps materials in stable fluid status and prevents blockage. Servo gear pump ensures stable and accurate filling volume. The whole machine is made of food grade stainless steel, easy to disassemble and clean, meets cosmetic GMP requirement.
It can run independently or connect with capping machine, labeling machine to build a full automatic production line.
