Air washing
Equipped with four air cleaning nozzle for cleaning perfume bottles and removing dust.
Filling nozzle
The 4-nozzles magnetic pump performs rapid pre-filling, fully utilizing the high-speed advantage of magnetic pumps to boost
efficiency.
Pump feeding
First, the spray pump feeding station is connected to the vibrating bowl feeder. When the vibration bowl starts vibrating, it automatically feeds spray pumps to this station. The spray pumps come out from the vibrating bowl feeder and move into the transfer device, which then places them onto each bottle one by one.
Pre-crimping 
After the pump being fed into the bottle,some pump will be not very vertical to fit the bottles. So this pre-crimping station will press the pump a bit,make the pump vertically fit into the bottle,,make it ready for crimping officially.
Crimping
The crimping station will press the pump into the bottle ,and then crimping it,make the pump fixed with the bottles.
Collar feeding
This collar feeding station is connected with the vibrating bowl feeder. When the vibration bowl starts vibrating, it automatically feeds collars to this station. The collars fall down one by one from the vibrating bowl feeder and land on the bottle necks.
Then the machine automatically presses and fits the collars tightly in place to finish the collar mounting process.
Bottle pick out
The robotic hand will clamp the finished bottles out to the conveyor belt to the next process.
PLC control
This machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system and a human-machine interface touch screen. It can set parameters such as filling volume and filling speed, and has a remote sensing control function.
