This fully automatic small‑size aluminum‑plastic blister packaging machine is specially developed for liquid materials. It realizes integrated processing of blister forming, liquid filling, sealing, punching and cutting. It is well‑suited for packing car perfume with breathable membrane, liquid air freshener, ketchup, sauce and other liquid & semi‑liquid products. Adopting aluminum‑plastic sealing structure, the finished packs feature good sealing performance, leak‑proof and long shelf‑life. The machine adopts high‑quality stainless steel frame, conforms to GMP production requirements. It is equipped with reliable PLC control system, easy parameter adjustment, stable running and low failure rate. Compact footprint makes it ideal for small‑to‑medium production lines. Multiple functions can be customized: filling volume, blister size, punching mould and sealing mode. It is a cost‑effective packaging solution for daily‑chemical, food and cosmetic industries.

PLASTIC FILM FORMING STATION
Different models of equipment can be used for packaging of different sizes and dimensions. Plastic film can be made of PVC, PVDC, PET, PS, PP and other materials.PVC is formed by heating. Mould can be customized according to actual needs.
Sealing Device
After automatic or manual feeding, heat seal the cover film with bottom film.
Cutter and Output
Cut finished alu-plastic plates into pieces according to actual needs.The up output is for waste and the bottom is for product. Easy to collect.
Film Conveyer
Linkage convey structure. Multistage tensile, make the alu film straight without folding.
