2. Hydraulic Lifting MechanismVertical hydraulic cylinder lifting system for the entire top cover assembly. Fully lifts stirring, homogenizing and feeding parts, convenient for tank internal cleaning, formula switching and equipment maintenance.

3. Wall-scraping Stirring AssemblyTop-mounted stirring motor + gearbox, matched with silicone wall-scraping frame paddle. Rotates at low speed to scrape materials attached to tank inner wall, realizing even heating and mixing.

4. Bottom High-shear Homogenizer UnitBuilt-in high-speed homogenizing motor at tank cone bottom. Ultra-fine cutting and dispersion for oil-water raw materials, to form delicate, bubble-free cream and ointment under vacuum environment.

5. Independent Vacuum SystemWater ring vacuum pump, connected with tank sealed pipeline. Extract air inside the tank to finish vacuum defoaming during emulsification, prevent product oxidation.

6. PLC Touch Screen Control CabinetCantilever-mounted human-machine operation panel with color touch screen. Integrates temperature, stirring speed, homogenizer speed, vacuum degree and hydraulic lifting parameter setting & automatic program storage.

Usage and Application:

1. Operating Usage

• 1. Raw Material FeedingOpen the hydraulic lifting cover, add oil-phase and water-phase raw materials into the triangular cone tank separately through the feeding ports, then close and lock the tank cover tightly.
• 2. Heating & Pre-mixingSet target temperature via PLC touch screen, start jacket electric heating. Turn on the wall-scraping stirring paddle to heat and dissolve raw materials evenly, preventing local caking on the tank wall.
• 3. Vacuum HomogenizationStart the vacuum pump to form negative pressure inside the tank. Activate the bottom high-shear homogenizer together with low-speed stirring; oil and water phases are fully dispersed, emulsified and defoamed under vacuum to form smooth paste without bubbles.
• 4. Constant Temperature RipeningMaintain preset temperature and keep stirring & homogenizing running for a certain period to stabilize the product texture and viscosity.
•  5. Discharge & CleaningStop all driving systems, release vacuum pressure, open the bottom discharge valve to release finished paste completely (conical tank ensures nearly zero residue). After production, lift the tank cover hydraulically for full manual washing and disinfection before switching to new formulas.
