This stainless steel mobile preheating heating platform is newly developed for cosmetic lipstick, lip balm, lip gloss, solid blush, concealer stick and wax-based makeup production.Equipped with digital temperature display panel, independent temperature adjustment, stable uniform heating surface, movable casters for easy moving. It is an essential auxiliary machine before demolding or filling wax cosmetic molds. Full SUS304 stainless steel body, energy-saving heating tube, low noise, easy to clean and operate for small & medium makeup factories.

Usage and Application:

Main Usage

This stainless steel digital temperature control preheating platform is a necessary auxiliary machine for wax-based cosmetic production.Its core function is to evenly heat metal cosmetic molds before demolding. Wax raw materials such as lipstick paste and lip balm solidify easily at low temperature, which will cause cracking, breakage and surface damage when demolding directly.

After uniform constant temperature preheating on this machine, the adhesion between the wax paste and the mold wall is reduced, so the finished makeup sticks can be taken out completely and smoothly, greatly lowering defective rate and production waste.

Standard operation steps:

1. Place the machine on flat ground and connect the power supply.

2. Set the required heating temperature via digital controller (adjustable 30–80℃; common working temp for lipstick molds: 45–55℃).

3. Preheat the platform surface for 5–10 minutes until reaching target temperature.

4. Put fully filled cosmetic molds flat on the heating surface and keep heating for 2–5 minutes.

5. Take the molds off the platform and demold intact lipstick, lip balm, solid blush without breakage.

6. Shut down heating switch after production, wait for natural cooling then clean residual wax on the surface.
