FAQ 

Q1: What benefit does horizontal side motor bring compared with top‑mounted motor? A: Horizontal side‑mounted motor cuts down total tank height. If your workshop ceiling is relatively low, you can still place and run this mixing tank normally. It also avoids motor contamination risk from material splashing from tank top opening.
Q2: Do I need to make fixed ground installation for this 200L movable mixing tank? A: No fixed foundation or anchor bolt is required. Just place it on flat solid floor. Remember to lock casters firmly before stirring cycle to prevent accidental sliding.
Q3: What kind of materials are not fit for this tank? A: It is not suitable for thick paste, cream and materials that need high‑shear emulsification processing, because there is no bottom homogenizer inside. It works best for free‑flowing low‑medium viscosity liquids.
Q4: Can I move the tank when it is fully filled with liquid? A: We do not recommend moving full‑loaded tank. Suggest transferring after partial discharging, to reduce casters stress and avoid liquid sloshing‑out risk.
Q5: Is the horizontal agitator shaft sealed reliably? A: It adopts high‑quality mechanical seal on side shaft penetration position, preventing liquid leakage. Regular visual inspection for seal part is suggested in daily operation.
Q6: Can I add heating function at later time after receiving machine? A: Heating jacket shall be manufactured together with tank body. Retrofit heating on existing finished tank is not feasible. Please confirm heating requirement at ordering stage.
Q7: What is the suggested batch size for stable running? A: Tank nominal capacity 200L. Suggested practical batch range: 100‑150L. Too low liquid level will cause poor stirring effect. Over‑filling will trigger liquid splashing.
Q8: What after‑sales support can you provide? A: We supply complete English operation manual and exploded spare‑part drawing. Remote video guidance is available for operation trouble‑shooting. Consumable sealing parts can be supplied together with order or as spare‑part order separately.
Q9: Are different impeller styles available to match different liquid property? A: Yes. Paddle impeller, anchor impeller can be selected according to your liquid viscosity, helping you achieve better mixing result.
Q10: Can this tank work together with your filling machine? A: Very compatible. You can move this mixing tank directly beside filling machine for feeding, reducing intermediate material‑transfer steps for small production line.
