Product Overview

The 200L single‑tank hydraulic lifting vacuum emulsifying machine is designed for medium‑batch production of cream, lotion, ointment and food paste. The hydraulic lifting lid can be raised automatically, which brings great convenience for internal inspection, residue cleaning and formula test. Working under vacuum environment eliminates air bubbles inside finished products, improving product texture and stability. It is matched with independent water‑phase tank, electric heating oil‑jacket system, PLC control cabinet and operation platform.

Main Features

  1. Hydraulic Lifting Structure: The top mixing‑homogenizer assembly lifts up and down hydraulically. Workers can clean tank interior and replace raw materials conveniently.
  2. Double Mixing System: Slow scrape‑wall frame stirring prevents material sticking to tank wall; bottom high‑speed homogenizer realizes ultra‑fine emulsification.
  3. Vacuum Defoaming Function: Mixing in vacuum condition removes air bubbles, finished paste is smooth without pores.
  4. Safe Heating System: Electric thermal oil jacket provides stable heating for paste production. Temperature can be set and displayed on control panel.
  5. Food‑grade Hygienic Design: All parts touching product use SUS316L stainless steel, polishing surface, easy to wash, meet cosmetic & food hygiene standard.
