5.Supports heating and cooling function, temperature adjustable, suitable for hot emulsifying process of many formulations.
6.Controlled by independent electric control panel, with stable speed regulation of homogenizer and agitator, easy to set mixing time and temperature.

Q1: What is the main application of this 50L vacuum emulsifier?
A: It is widely used to produce cosmetic cream, lotion, ointment, toothpaste, facial mask paste, salad sauce and other high-viscosity emulsified products. It fits small batch trial production and pilot line.
 
Q2: What is the material of the machine?
A: The material contact parts are SUS316L stainless steel, the outer jacket is SUS304 stainless steel, which meets cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.
 
Q3: Does it support heating and cooling?
A: Yes. It comes with jacket structure for heating by electric or steam, and cooling by circulating water. The temperature can be adjusted and displayed on the control panel.
 
Q4: Is this hydraulic lifting type?
A: Yes. The homogenizing head can be lifted hydraulically. It is easy for feeding, cleaning and formula change. The tank can also be tilted for discharging.
 
Q5: What is the working principle of the homogenizer?
A: The high-shear homogenizer cooperates with anchor stirring under vacuum environment. It realizes emulsification, dispersion and mixing, removing bubbles to get smooth and fine materials without granules.
