1.The mixer homogenizer structure made through German technology adopts the inported double-end mechanical seal effect. The maximum emulsifying tatation speed can reach 4,200rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5um.
2.The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully confirms to GMP requirements.
3.According to technological requirements, the tank body can heat or cool the materials. The heating modes mainly include steam heating or electric heating.
Application
The machine is mainly applied in such industries as daily chemical care products, food industry, paint and ink, nanometer materials, cosmetic cream, etc. The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.

Mixing and shearing system
the mixing system consists of inter fix paddle, scrapper mixer and clockwise direction blender, which the retation speed can reach 63 times per minute.and the perfect mixing result increase the mixing efficiency and performance,as well as heating efficiency.High speed shear top homogenizer to cut and break the insolvable material.
Water Tank And Oil Tank
The water tank and fuel tank are pretreated by electric heating and stirring. On the one hand, it is to microprocess the material which is difficult to dissolve. The other is to reduce damage to the main pot.
Freezing system
the left side is the freezing cooling system which operate the cold water and than entre into the heating&cooling layer to the finished product cooling speed.quicken
