    • Independent Oil‑Water Pot System: Matched with separate oil‑phase pot and water‑phase pot. Oil‑based raw materials such as grease, wax and emulsifier are heated and melted in oil pot; water‑phase ingredients are stirred and dissolved in water pot. Finished pre‑treated materials transfer automatically into main tank, realizing standardized pretreatment and improving batch‑to‑batch consistency.
    • External Circulation High‑shear Emulsifying Pump: Core highlight of this industrial unit. Material is continuously pumped out from main tank bottom, going through high‑speed shear, dispersion, crushing and emulsification inside external pump, then flows back to tank. Full circulation eliminates dead mixing corners inside 2000L large tank, delivers finer particle size, better product stability and shortens overall production cycle.
    • Hydraulic Lifting Structure: The whole upper stirring assembly can be lifted integrally by hydraulic system. Operators gain full access to tank interior for manual feeding, residue inspection, residue removal and thorough cross‑batch cleaning, effectively preventing cross‑contamination for formula switching.
