Performance
1.The homogenizing structure made through German technology adopts the inported double-end mechanical seal effect.The maximum emulsifying tatation speed can reach 4,200rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5um.
2.The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate.The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing,which fully confirms to GMP requirements.
3.According to technological requirements,the tank body can heat or cool the materials.The heating modes mainly include steam heating or electric heating.

Water treatment+Water tanks
Treated water stored in tank is conveyed into emulsifier as aqueous phase raw material for mixing & homogenization.

Function:
1.Primary water treatment: Purify raw water to cosmetic grade, eliminate contaminants to protect emulsifier.
2. Water storage tank: Store purified water, guarantee steady continuous water supply for 1T vacuum emulsifier.
3. Combined system: Stable water quality & uninterrupted feeding, improve cream/lotion production stability.
Lid accessories
Sight glass:For better observation of the working situation inside.Material inlet:Transfer the material through vacuum sunction.
Spice bucket:Add the fragrance and small additives.
Air breather:Prevent air from entering when vacuuming; Balance air pressure between pot and outer environment.
Clean device:Spray ball can 360 ° rotate to clean the pot.
Lamp:For better observation .
Vacuum pressure gauge:Set and display the pressure inside the pot.

The control panel convenient for the operator to operate various functions, adjustable frequency, quick start, and immediate stop, which is very sensitive.
Mixing system
the mixing system consists of inter fix paddle,scrapper mixer and clockwise direction blender,which the retation speed can reach 63 times per minute.and the perfect mixing result increase the mixing efficiency and performance,as well as heating efficiency.
Water Tank And Oil Tank
The water tank and fuel tank are pretreated by electric heating and stirring. On the one hand, it is to microprocess the materialwhich is difficult to dissolve. The other is to reduce damage to the main pot.
Vacuum pump
Vacuum pump is generally water ring vacuum pump,it is equipped with stainless steel circulating water tank and control solenoid
valve.
The maximum vacuum limit:0.1Mpa (generally 0.085Mpa)
