Machine introduction

1. Lifting Structure

Double hydraulic cylinders drive the whole mixing and homogenizing unit for synchronous lifting. The tank can be fully opened, which facilitates feeding, inspection, maintenance and thorough cleaning. It greatly reduces cross-contamination during frequent formula switching.

2. Mixing System

Internal and external counter-rotating double agitation equipped with PTFE wall scrapers. The scrapers continuously strip viscous materials from tank walls and bottom, eliminating mixing dead zones and ensuring uniform blending for high-viscosity paste.

3. Homogenizing Function

Bottom-mounted high-shear homogenizer generates strong mechanical shear. It fully disperses oil and water phases, breaks down particles, and produces delicate, stable emulsions without delamination.

4. Vacuum Working Environment

Operates under stable vacuum to remove air bubbles inside materials. It prevents oxidation, improves product gloss and texture, and extends shelf life of creams, ointments and sauces.

5. Sanitary Construction

Material contact parts are SUS316L mirror-polished stainless steel, complying with GMP cosmetic and food-grade standards. Jacket heating and cooling system enables precise temperature control for different formulas.

6. Intelligent Control & Safety

PLC touch screen operation, adjustable frequency speed regulation. Equipped with emergency stop, safety door interlock and multiple protection alarms to ensure stable and safe production.

7. Wide Application

Suitable for cosmetic cream, body lotion, skincare paste, pharmaceutical ointment, food mayonnaise, salad dressing and various daily chemical emulsified products.

8. Customizable Options

Explosion-proof electric cabinet, CIP cleaning system, tilting discharge, independent oil-water phase tanks, global voltage and matching operating platform are optional.
