This SIPUXIN fully automatic four-wheel clamping capping machine is linear continuous capping equipment, equipped with original Siemens PLC + color touch screen intelligent control system. It is specially developed for screw caps, pump caps, spray caps and flip caps of cosmetic, perfume, food, daily chemical and pharmaceutical bottles.The whole machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel frame, four groups of wear-resistant silicone twisting wheels, stable bottle clamping conveyor belt, no bottle no cap automatic protection function, independently adjust bottle height, cap diameter and screwing torque without replacement spare parts. It can work alone or matched with filling, labeling machine to form a full automatic packaging production line.

Usage and Application:

Usage

1. Adjust the machine’s height and width according to your carton size before operation.

2. Install adhesive packing tape on the upper and lower tape holders.

3. Switch on the power, then place the carton flat on the roller conveyor.

4. The conveyor automatically transports the carton forward to complete top and bottom tape sealing.

5. Finished sealed cartons roll out from the outlet for stacking and delivery.

6. Equipped with lockable universal casters, you can move the machine to different packing stations easily.
