This 300L 2-in-1 electric heating toothpaste making machine is a customized vacuum emulsification equipment specially developed for toothpaste, medicinal ointment, facial cream and high-viscosity paste products. It combines emulsifying, stirring, vacuum deaeration, electric heating functions into one unit, greatly simplifying your toothpaste production workflow.

Usage and Application:

Usage

1. Put toothpaste raw materials into the mixing tank according to formula proportion.

2. Set target temperature on PLC touch screen, start electric jacket heating system to melt and blend raw materials evenly.

3. Turn on wall-scraping stirring and top high-shear homogenizer for full emulsification under vacuum condition to remove air bubbles inside paste.

4. Maintain vacuum mixing circulation until materials reach fine, smooth uniform texture.

5. Lift the upper emulsifying frame, tilt the tank to discharge finished toothpaste, then disassemble parts for quick cleaning.  

Application

1. Daily chemical industry: All types of toothpaste, herbal toothpaste, children toothpaste, sensitive teeth toothpaste, high-viscosity facial cream, hair mask, body ointment, shoe polish.
