1. Bottle Unscrambler & Feeding System
The process begins with the bottle unscrambler, which automatically sorts and feeds empty containers into the production line. Its rotating disk with precision notches ensures bottles are oriented correctly and delivered at a consistent rate, eliminating manual handling and reducing labor costs.


2. High-Precision Filling Station
The dual-head filling mechanism uses peristaltic pumps (customizable for piston pumps) to deliver accurate, repeatable doses. 3. Inner Plug Feeding & Insertion
