Blending/ stirring tank is mainly suitable to mix low viscous products for food, cosmetic, daily care
product,chemical etc. industries, such as cleanser essence, shampoo and lotion, syrup, paint etc.. Integrating blending,
dispersing, heating and Cooling etc. functions, the machine is an ideal device for liquid preparation in various factories.
This series of filling machine has reasonable structure, compact size, reliable performance, accurate quantitative and convenient operation. The power part adopts pneumatic structure, and all adopt pneumatic components such as German FESTO and Taiwan AirTAC and SHAKO.
The material contact parts are made of 304L stainless steel and meet the requirements of GMp certification. According to the user's needs, the irrigation volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of the model, and the filling accuracy is high. The filling head is made of anti-drip and lifting filling device.

Electric box
This is the filling machine electric box. Temperture setting,heating switch,water pump circulation,and speed adjuster.You can turn on the speed adjuster,and then adjust the mixing speed.Turn right it will be fast,turn left it will be slow.

Water tank
If turn on the water circulation, water will
flow from the pipe into the heating jacket of the filling machine.

Pedal
Press the pedal with your foot, and the material
will flow out of the filling machine. During the filling process, press the pedal once for each filling operation.
