Performance and characteristic of perfume making machine

1. The integral type of the perfume making pot is composed all the parts in one machine, including freezing pot, diaphragm pump, filtering system, indoor freezing unit (refrigerator unit).

2. This machine is developed on the basis of bringing in overseas advanced technology. It is specially used for freezing and filtration of liquid such as cosmetics and perfume etc. It is ideal equipment for cosmetic factory to filtrate perfume, cosmetic.

3. It adopts stainless steel 304or 316L, with pneumatic diaphragm pump imported from U. S. as pressure source to carry out positive pressure filtration.

4. The connecting pipes are sanitary polished, which is completely connected by rapid installation, easily disassembled and cleaned.

5. Equipped with polypropylene microporous filtration film, it can be widely used in cosmetics industry, scientific research development, hospital and laboratory etc, for clarification, bacteria removal and filtration of small amount of liquid, or micro chemical analysis, which is convenient and reliable.

The process of perfume making machine

SPX-PM200 chilling, heat preservation, mixing pot, all for one (Titanium coil: TA2)→ 3P ultralow temperature chilling system ( indoor+ outdoor ) → 2T/H pneumatic diaphragm pump → two cotton yarn core micro filter → control system → frame type filter.
