Product Overview
The perfume making equipment is a latest product developed by our company specially used for clarification and filtration of liquid such as cosmetics and perfume etc. after freezing.It is an ideal device for filtering cosmetics and perfume in cosmetics factory. The product is made of high quality 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. The pneumatic diaphragm imported from USA is adopted for pressure source to carry out positive pressure filtration
1. Pretreatment: The raw materials for manufacturing perfume, such as alcohol, essence and water, must be pure and free of impurities, so pretreatment must be carried out before use, so as to ensure that the product has a clear appearance, mellow smell and mellow fragrance.
2. Mixing: put alcohol, essence and water into stainless steel or enamel, silver and tin lined containers in a certain proportion, stir and mix them for a period of time to allow impurities in essence to fully precipitate, so as to improve the clarity of the finished product and the anti turbidity in cold conditions.
3. perfume chiller : perfume will become translucent when it encounters a lower temperature. After that, if it is heated again, it will not be clear, and it will always be turbid. Therefore, perfume must be frozen before filtration.
4. After freezing, some insoluble substances precipitate out and are filtered to ensure their transparency and clarity.
Membrane Filter
A water pressure gauge on a security filter(also called a precision filter).
The long stainless steel column is used toshow the pressure of the water in thesecurity filter, which is filled with Pp filterelement.
The function is to intercept the impuritiesinvisible to the naked eye again, and notlet the impurities enter the RO reverseosmosis film behind, extending the servicelife of the reverse osmosis film.
Frame type filter
The plate and the frame arearranged in phases, and the two sidesof the filter plate are covered with apress cloth, and the plate and theframe are pressed with a pressingdevice, that is, the pressure chamber isformed between the plate and theframe.
Purify the water through the filterchamber, so that the water into theperfume becomes pure.
Mixing Tank

Air valve

lt is usually installed at the high pointwhere the hydrodynamic pressure is lowduring normal operation of the pipe andthe liquid column separation may occurduring transient flow.
Air is drawn in when the pressure in thepipe is below atmospheric pressure anddischarged when the pressure in the piperises above atmospheric pressure.
