What is Sipuxin commercial capsule Filling Production Line ?

With Joint research and developed of famous domestic and Sipuxin R & D department, SPX filling machine are developed on basic International high technology and our exclusive technology.

Automatic Filling machine controlling part of the filling machine adopts PLC and Aaron man-machine interface , each process can be adjust on the interface.

The body and frame are made of SUS316L, which adopt laser cutting technology thus to achieve nice appearance and durable use.

The whole machine is with advantage of advance technology, compact structure n, smooth running, soundless etc.

Structure & performance

This machine can be made to 2-12 filling nozzles. The speed of conveyor belt can be adjusted. It is made of imported stainless steel frame bracket. Japan Mitsubishi touch screen etc.

Special configuration : efficient anti-leakage and dripping. Automatic failing and raising design make it better for foam products. It is with positioner for sensor the bottle mouths. The filling nozzles can be made to order.
