This double-head gear pump filling machine is a servo-driven quantitative filling equipment independently developed for medium & high viscosity materials.

It adopts two sets of separate servo gear pump metering structures and PLC+touch screen intelligent control system. Operators can set filling volume, filling speed and delay time directly on the panel with high digital accuracy, filling error controlled within ±0.5%.

All parts contacting materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel, machine frame is SUS304 stainless steel, meeting GMP hygiene requirements of cosmetics, food and daily chemicals. Equipped with drip-proof filling nozzle and photoelectric sensor for no-bottle-no-filling protection to avoid raw material waste. Dual filling heads work synchronously to greatly improve production efficiency.

The machine fits liquid from thin lotion to thick cream, shampoo, edible oil, syrup and detergent. Filling range can be customized as customer’s demand. It can be matched with conveyor, capping and labeling machines to form a complete automatic filling production line, widely applied in cosmetic factory, food processing and chemical production.
