1 Constant Temperature Heating & Stirring Tank

Adopts water-bath circulation heating, adjustable temperature range 30℃-90℃. Equipped with low-speed mixing agitator inside to prevent material stratification and precipitation. The tank lid can be opened for convenient feeding, and the bottom outlet directly connects to gear pumps to reduce material residue waste.

2 Double Independent Gear Pump Metering System

Two sets of servo-driven stainless steel gear pumps control two filling nozzles separately. Filling accuracy is controlled within ±1%, still stable for paste with tiny particles. Pump heads support tool-free quick disassembly, easy to wash and avoid cross-contamination when switching different products. Double nozzles work synchronously to raise filling efficiency significantly.

3 PLC Touch Screen Intelligent Control System

7-inch English operation touch panel, operators can set filling volume, running speed, heating temperature and delay time on one screen. It supports storing multiple product formulas for one-click switching, and comes with automatic alarm functions for low material level, overheating and pump overload to reduce unexpected shutdowns.

4 Pneumatic Anti-drip Filling Nozzles

Each nozzle is equipped with pneumatic cut-off structure. It instantly closes the outlet when filling stops to stop thick paste dripping, keeping bottles clean and saving raw materials. The height and horizontal spacing of two nozzles are adjustable, adapting to round bottles, flat jars, plastic tubes and various container sizes.

5 Integrated Stainless Steel Machine Frame

Thickened stainless steel square tube frame with anti-rust treatment, stable operation with low vibration. All connecting pipelines adopt quick clamp design for fast disassembly and cleaning. The whole machine surface is waterproof, convenient to wipe and disinfect daily.
