Performance
This compact integrated production line consists of three core movable units: heating homogenizer mixer, vacuum  transfer feeding pump, and constant temperature heating paste filling machine. The whole line adopts full temperature insulation design to solve the solidification problem of high-viscosity materials such as depilatory wax, petroleum jelly, hair mask and medical ointment during production.
From raw material emulsification, sealed automatic conveying to finished product constant temperature quantitative filling, realize continuous closed production without manual material transfer.
All units are equipped with universal casters, occupy small space, perfectly match laboratory trial production, startup cosmetic factory and small batch manufacturing.

1.This integrated line is suitable for all thick, easy-to-solidify paste cosmetics and medical supplies:
  1. Skincare: Face cream, body butter, moisturizing ointment, petroleum jelly

2.It is easy for maintenance,operation,adjustment.It doesn't need any tools.It is with precise filling system,it will not start filling if there is no bottles and it is also with count function.
