1. Product Brief Introduction
This rotary chuck turntable perfume filling line is professionally customized for glass perfume bottles. It adopts a rotary indexing fixture tray design, matching the full perfume production process: manual bottle loading → air cleaning →Vacuum filling → automatic pump head feeding → pre-crimping → formal crimping → automatic middle sleeve feeding → pre-pressing sleeve → full sleeve pressing → finished bottle auto discharge.
The whole machine frame and liquid contact parts are made of 304 /316 mirror stainless steel, fully adapted to alcohol-based perfume, fragrance, cologne, essential oil and other volatile low-viscosity liquids, fully compliant with cosmetic GMP workshop standards. It is the core automated production equipment for perfume factories, fragrance labs and cosmetic OEM manufacturers.

Rotary Chuck Fixture Turntable
Green positioning fixture tray holds perfume glass bottles stably, index rotary table transfers bottles
to each processing station step by step, no tipping or shifting during operation.
Air Cleaning Station
High-pressure dry air blowing nozzle inserts into bottle cavity to blow away dust, plastic scraps and impurities inside bottles,
ensuring clean inner bottle environment before filling; adjustable air pressure and blowing duration via touch screen.
Multi-Head Quantitative Filling Station
4 liquid filling heads and 2 vacuum filling heads , anti-drip design, filling range 5–300ml customizable, filling accuracy ±0.3% specially optimized for volatile perfume liquid to reduce liquid loss. Quick disassembly structure for fast cleaning and formula switching.
Automatic Pump Head/Sleeve Feeding Station
Vibratory bowl feeder sorts and delivers pump heads automatically; pneumatic gripper accurately grabs pump heads and aligns them onto bottle mouths without skewing.
Pre-Crimp Cap Station
Vertical cylinder pushes crimping die down to pre-clamp pump collar, fixing pump position to prevent offset during formal crimping process.
Formal Crimping Station
Torque-controlled crimping head locks pump collar tightly onto bottle neck, adjustable crimp force to avoid bottle breakage or loose pump leakage; sensor alarms for missing pump heads.
Pre-Pressing Sleeve Station
Light pre-pressing cylinder pushes middle sleeve half-way down to fix position, preventing sleeve tilt before full pressing.
Full Sleeve Pressing Station
Heavy-duty pressing cylinder completes full sleeve compression, ensuring tight fit between sleeve and bottle without gaps or looseness.
Automatic Finished Bottle Discharge Station
After all processing steps, turntable rotates to discharge station; pneumatic pusher pushes finished bottles out to output conveyor for labeling, packaging downstream.
