1000L Fixed Steam Heating Vacuum Emulsifier | SIPUXIN

This 1000L fixed steam heating vacuum emulsifier is designed by SIPUXIN for mass production in cosmetics, daily chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. It adopts a fixed tank structure, equipped with an integrated stainless steel operating platform and anti-slip stairs for stable layout, which is ideal for standardized factory production lines. It serves as core processing equipment for cream, lotion, shampoo, paste, sauce, ointment and other homogenized products.

The tank body is fabricated from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel with internal & external mirror polishing, no sanitary dead corners, fully compliant with GMP clean production standards, and meets the requirements of export registration for Southeast Asian and overseas customers. It adopts jacket steam heating for uniform and stable temperature control with high heat exchange efficiency, perfectly suitable for formulas requiring long constant-temperature processing. Combined with a bottom high-shear homogenizer and top frame-type wall-scraping agitator, the stirring blade closely fits the tank wall to prevent material hanging and coking. Material mixing, emulsification and dispersion are finished in one single cycle.

The machine is equipped with a vacuum deaeration system. Feeding, emulsification and deaeration are completed under closed negative pressure. The finished material contains nearly no bubbles, with fine and transparent texture and great stability, effectively reducing risks of delamination and coarsening during storage. Negative pressure feeding also avoids powder flying and essence volatilization, lowering raw material loss and improving workshop working conditions. It comes with vacuum gauge, sight glass, manhole, discharge valve and vacuum pump unit. Operators can directly observe the reaction status inside the tank, and sampling and cleaning are convenient.
