Product Description

Performance

1.The homogenizing structure made through German technology adopts the inported double-end mechanical seal effect. The maximum emulsifying tatation speed can reach 4,200rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5um.

2.The pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate. The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing, which fully confirms to GMP requirements.

3.According to technological requirements, the tank body can heat or cool the materials. The heating modes mainly include steam heating or electric heating.

Botton control pannel

Central control panel controls all running parameters of vacuum emulsifier, adjust speed, temperature and vacuum degree of vacuum homogenizer, one panel controls the whole set of cosmetic emulsifier and its auxiliary pre-mix tanks.

Mixing system

the mixing system consists of inter fix paddle, scrapper mixer and clockwise direction blender, which the retation speed can reach 63 times per minute.and the perfect mixing result increase the mixing efficiency and performance,as well as heating efficiency.

Water Tank And Oil TankMatching pre-mix tanks support raw material preheating for vacuum emulsifier, shorten production cycle of vacuum homogenizer, greatly lift daily output of the fixed cosmetic emulsifier, improve working efficiency of vacuum emulsifier.

Top dispersion structure of vacuum emulsifier breaks agglomerated powder before homogenization of vacuum homogenizer, optimize raw material mixing effect of the fixed cosmetic emulsifier, upgrade finished product quality from this vacuum emulsifier
