Core Design: Hydraulic Lifting Structure

Different from fixed‑lid emulsifiers, this model adopts stable hydraulic lifting system. The upper mixing assembly can lift up smoothly. Operators can fully access the inner tank, which makes tank cleaning, inspection and maintenance much easier. No blind corners remain inside the pot, effectively meeting hygiene requirements for cosmetic and pharmaceutical production。After production, the main pot can tilt for full material discharge, reducing raw‑material waste.

Excellent Homogenizing & Mixing Performance

Equipped with bottom high‑shear homogenizer and PTFE wall‑scraper stirring paddle. ‑ High‑speed rotor‑stator homogenizer breaks raw materials into fine particles under strong shear force, to achieve stable emulsification effect. ‑ The wall‑scraping agitator keeps scraping the tank wall continuously, preventing high‑viscosity materials from sticking and burning. All materials get fully mixed without dead zones。

Working under vacuum environment, the machine removes air bubbles generated during mixing. It avoids material oxidation, and the final finished paste is smooth, fine, without pores, and hard to layer for long‑time storage。
