Our 1000L Double Hydraulic Cylinder Lifting Double Agitation Vacuum Emulsifier is a premium industrial emulsification system for manufacturing high-viscosity creams, lotions, ointments and sauces. Different from ordinary single hydraulic lifting emulsifiers, this model adopts double hydraulic cylinder synchronous lifting structure. The entire stirring and homogenizing assembly can be lifted steadily. The fully open tank design facilitates feeding, equipment inspection, thorough cleaning and quick formula switching, effectively lowering the risk of cross-contamination for multi-batch production.

It is equipped with internal and external counter-rotating double agitation system together with PTFE wall scrapers. The scrapers continuously clean materials adhered to the tank wall and bottom, eliminating mixing dead zones and ensuring uniform mixing of thick paste. Combined with the bottom high-shear homogenizer, oil phase and water phase can be fully dispersed and emulsified, delivering delicate texture and stable finished products without delamination.

All material contact components are made of SUS316L mirror-polished stainless steel, meeting GMP sanitary requirements. With jacket heating and cooling circulation system, users can precisely control temperature to match different formula requirements. The whole production runs under stable vacuum to remove air bubbles inside materials, prevent oxidation, improve product gloss and extend shelf life.

Standard configuration includes PLC touch screen, frequency speed regulation, emergency stop and safety interlock protection. We support multiple optional customizations, such as explosion-proof electric cabinet, CIP automatic cleaning system, tilting discharge device, independent oil & water phase tanks, global voltage and matching operation platform.
