This combined production set includes 5000L vacuum homogenizer emulsifier and matched 5000L heating mixing tank with lifting platform. All contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel mirror polished, with independent temperature control and vacuum emulsifying system, perfect for large-batch production of cream, lotion, shampoo, mask paste and body care products, fully comply with GMP cosmetic workshop standards. |
Usage and Application: |
1. Usage
①Pre-melt oil-phase and water-phase raw materials separately in the matched 5000L heating mixing tank, set and stabilize the required temperature via independent temperature control system.
②Transfer melted raw materials into the 5000L vacuum homogenizer pot through pipelines.
③Close the hydraulic lifting cover, turn on the vacuum pump to form a negative pressure environment inside the tank to avoid bubbles during emulsification.
④Start top frame stirring and bottom high-shear homogenizer simultaneously; adjust stirring speed and homogenizing speed according to product viscosity.
⑤Complete vacuum emulsification and homogenization cycle, then release vacuum, lift the pot cover, and discharge finished paste/liquid from the bottom outlet valve.
⑥Disassemble contact parts for cleaning and disinfection after each batch to prevent cross-contamination. 2. Application（适用行业与成品）
