Usage and Application:

 Usage

1. Set heating temperature, stirring speed, homogenizer running time and vacuum value on PLC screen;

2. Add raw materials into tank through top feeding port, close manhole and start vacuum pumping;

3. Double mixing system work synchronously: wall scraper stirs material evenly, high-speed homogenizer breaks solid powder to realize fine emulsification;

4. After production cycle finished, release vacuum and discharge toothpaste from bottom sanitary valve.  Application

Core: all kinds of toothpaste, tooth cleaning paste, oral care gel;

Extended: facial cream, body lotion, medical ointment, hair mask, high viscosity cosmetic paste.
