Machine composition:

This 200L single oil pot vacuum emulsifier is composed of independent oil phase heating tank, main emulsifying kettle, hydraulic lifting system, top high-shear homogenizer, wall scraping stirring assembly, PLC touch control cabinet, vacuum pump unit and electric thermal oil heating jacket. All raw material contact parts adopt SUS316L mirror polished stainless steel.

Usage and Application:

Usage

1. Add wax, oil phase raw materials into the single oil pot, set heating temperature on PLC panel to melt solid grease evenly.

2. Transfer melted oil phase into main emulsifying tank, add water phase raw materials sequentially, close the sealed lid and start vacuum pump to form negative pressure inside the tank.

3. Synchronously operate wall scraper stirring and top high-shear homogenizer, complete full emulsification under vacuum environment to remove bubbles inside cream.

4. After emulsification reaction finishes, stop all driving systems, lift the top homogenizer assembly via hydraulic cylinder, open bottom discharge valve to output finished paste.

5. Clean oil pot and main tank with clean water after batch production for next formula trial and production.  

Application

Specially designed for cosmetic factories to produce facial cream, body lotion, eye cream, ointment, hair mask and other viscous emulsified products. The independent single oil tank realizes separate melting of grease raw materials, suitable for medium-batch daily chemical production and formula mass production.
