The 200L movable electric heating vacuum emulsifier is an all‑in‑one production unit for cosmetics, personal care and fine chemical industries.

It combines jacket electric heating, frame stirring, high‑speed dispersing, bottom high‑shear homogenizing and vacuum defoaming into one compact machine.

Fitted with heavy‑duty lockable universal casters, the whole tank can be moved freely between different work stations, which greatly improves production flexibility for multi‑product workshops.

The bottom‑mount homogenizer‑disperser delivers powerful high‑shear force. It can fully emulsify oil‑water phase, dissolve thickeners and powder materials efficiently, avoiding dead mixing zone at tank bottom. Built‑in vacuum pump removes bubbles during mixing, to get smooth, bubble‑free cream and lotion products.

All parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316L sanitary stainless steel, outer shell is SUS304 stainless steel. The whole machine meets GMP hygiene requirements, easy to clean between batches.
