This 10L lab vacuum emulsifier consists of 6 core assemblies: hydraulic lifting top homogenizer unit, SUS316L heating main tank, electric thermal oil heating jacket system, vacuum system including vacuum pump & vacuum gauge, integrated PLC control panel, and manual dumping discharge structure with bottom discharge port. All contact parts adopt stainless steel 316L, matched with stirring motor, homogenizer motor and hydraulic power unit for full automatic lab emulsifying production. |
Usage and Application: |
Usage 1. Lift the top homogenizer assembly via control panel, add oil phase, water phase and powder raw materials into the SUS316L tank, then lower and lock the lid tightly. 2. Set target heating temperature, stirring speed and homogenizing speed on the integrated control panel, start electric jacket heating to melt solid wax and emulsifiers. 3. Turn on the vacuum pump to form negative pressure inside the tank, operate top homogenizer and wall scraper stirring simultaneously for full emulsification under vacuum environment to remove bubbles. 4. After reaction completes, stop all driving systems, lift the upper homogenizer unit, rotate the dumping handwheel to tilt the tank, and discharge finished samples through the bottom discharge port. 5. Connect CIP cleaning liquid pipeline to wash tank interior, homogenizer and stirring paddles for next batch test. Application This lab vacuum homogenizer is widely used in cosmetic R&D laboratories for formula trial and small sample production of facial cream, body lotion, eye ointment, mask gel and serum. It is also applicable to pharmaceutical ointments, chemical viscous pastes and various emulsified viscous materials for laboratory formula development, sample testing and small-batch trial manufacturing. |
