Heating system introduction
Generally there are two ways of heating ：electric heating and steam heating for your option；
Preparation before using electric heating ：
*Ensure the jacket of tank has enough water or conductive oil ；
*Setting temperature ,Set the temperature you request to heat ；
*Ensure the exhaust of the jacket is opened ；
* After filling water or conductive oil in the jacket ，Check if the connection of heating tube has leakage ；
Operation procedures:
- The machine must be cleaned and sterilized before using. If the machine has not been used for a long time, it needs to be cleaned up before putting into production (For detailed steps, please refer to the cleaning method for blending tank.)
Confirm the weight of the raw materials and the weight of water according to the factory formula. After feeding intake, set oil and water tank heating temperature on temperature controller.
