Filling & Sealing machine used for Aluminum Tubes is one of main latest procucts of our company . It is full antomatic . This machine can be used for filling cream and liquid materials , and it is characteristics with firm filling , high precision of dosage . The three functions of filling , sealing and batch numbering can be automatically completed . It is widely used in pharmacy , daily chemical , food , chemical industries , such as for filling pharmacy cream , hair colorante , toothpaste , leather oil , glue , AB glue , Nanp-epoxy adhesive , Neoprene adhesive etc . Convenient and quick dosage adjustment , high dfficiency , good-looking , compact structures are the features of the machine . The tube cups can be adjusted according to the tube dimensions . The important parts of the machine which contact directly to the filling material are made of stainless steel (SS304 is for general use , and SS316L is for pharmacy use ). A special valve makes this machine be suitable filling cream and liquid material . It is an ideal and economical filling machine in the pharmacy , daily chemical , fine chemical and other fields .
