Working Principle

Raw materials are loaded into the stainless steel tank. The high-speed dispersing disk provides powerful shear force to stir, disperse and homogenize materials evenly. Optional electric heating system maintains constant temperature for thermal processing. The movable design allows convenient position adjustment, and the bottom discharge port realizes quick material output after mixing.

Usage

Pour raw materials into the mixing tank and cover the tank lid.
Set working speed and heating temperature on the control panel as required.
Start the dispersing motor to carry out stirring and dispersion processing.
Keep constant-speed mixing until materials reach uniform status.
Stop the machine, open the bottom discharge valve to release finished materials.
