The semi-automatic horizontal cream filling machine is suitable for cream, paste, jam, ointment products, widely used in chemical, food, cosmetic, medical, grease industries etc
1.Composition: material hopper, filling piston, air cylinder, material cylinder, filling nozzle. It is pneumatic, namely driven by pressed air.
2. Material: stainless steel,Baosteel brand, China top 1, world top 7.
3. Usage: it is for filling liquid and cream in low viscosity. When filling material in high viscosity like Vaseline, heating and mixing function are needed.
4.Famous brand:FESTO air cylinder, high quality, made by a whole piece of stainless steel plate, no air leakage which can ensure the filling accuracy.
5. Speed adjustment: Filling speed of machine is steplessly speed adjusted; it can be set in any number in the speed range.
6. High accuracy: 7 filling volume to fit your real need. 5-60ml, 10-120ml, 25-250ml, 50-500ml, 100-1000ml, 250-2500ml, 500-5000ml. Also it can be customized volume.
7.Pneumatic elements replace electrical control circuit, suitable for anti-explosion requirement.
8. Filling volume and Filling speed can be adjusted and the machine can fill in high precision
