Working Principle

First, put the cosmetic loose powder into the metal compact pan and cover a protective film on the powder surface.Then the pneumatic/hydraulic cylinder drives the pressing head to move vertically downward and apply constant pressure on the powder.Under stable vertical extrusion force, the loose powder particles are tightly squeezed together to form a solid, smooth compact powder cake without cracking or loose powder.After pressing, the cylinder automatically lifts up, and the finished pressed powder can be taken out for subsequent packaging.
