*The oil blending equipment, a kind of wall scraping mixer, adopts frequency converter to adjust the mixing speedwhich would make various kinds of products according to the customers’ requirements.

*The pot body is welded with three layers imported stainless steel. According to your process craft, the heating or cooling system can be added.

*The whole machine and pipes is mirror polished which definitely meets the GMP standard.

*The mixing machine series has two types of cover, manhole cover and open cover. The small mixing tank is open cover here, common type, economical and easy to open the cover..

*You can choose to add the high speed homogenizer which can powerfully mix solid and liquid products and dissolve the insoluble materials like AES, AESA, LSA, etc. It reduces the energy consumption and shortens the production time.

*This series of mixing tank is ideal equipment for liquid products (such as detergent, shampoo, shower gel.etc) in food, daily chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical industries. It integrates factions of mixing, homogenizing (if homogenizer is equipped), heating, cooling and pump discharge.

*There are various kinds of mixing tanks in our company—open cover mixing tank, manhole cover mixing tank, mixing tank with/ without homogenizer, combined mixing tank, anti-corrosive mixer made from PVC/ PP etc.

factory to learn how they produce. Our engineer can be sent to your factory to install machines and train your worker of Operation and maintenance. Or your worker can operate the machine by instruction and video

5.Q:What about installation?

A: We can install machines in your factory, but the accommodation cost, air ticket, technician fee will be

on your account, however, small machine can be assembled in our company and wholly delivered to you

and you can operate it on basic of operation instruction and video.
