This combined set includes a 500L single-layer high shear homogenizing stirring tank and a 200L electric heating movable storage tank, specially designed for cosmetics, daily chemical, perfume, shampoo and liquid detergent production. The main mixing tank is equipped with top-mounted high shear homogenizer and slow stirring paddle, which can fully emulsify, disperse and mix raw materials evenly. The matched mobile storage tank supports electric heating to keep material constant temperature, with movable casters for convenient material transfer between working procedures. Made of food-grade SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel, all contact surfaces are polished to mirror finish, easy to clean and meet GMP production standards. Widely used in small and medium cosmetic factories for liquid formula blending, storage and constant temperature holding.
