Usage and Application:

 1. Usage

This mixing tank adopts electric heating jacket, top stirring and bottom high-shear homogenizing integration. Operators add raw materials into the main tank or auxiliary dissolving tank, adjust temperature, stirring speed and homogenizing time via control cabinet. After mixing and emulsification, finished products are discharged from the bottom outlet valve. The auxiliary tank with transfer pump realizes pre-dissolution of powder additives to avoid agglomeration.
