When the emulsifing mixer under the vacuum condition , it makes use of the high shear emulsifier to distibute one or several phases to another continunous in phase rapidly and evenly .The Soap will be processed in the narrow spase between stator ans rotor by strong energy of motion produced by the mechinical effect . By the operation of hydraulic shearing , centrifugal extruding , impacting , breaking and turbulence for over 100 thousand times per minute , the milk will be disspersed and emusified instantly ans evenly .After reciprocating circulation at high frenquency , the fine finished products of stable and high quality without bubbles will be achieved .

This machine is mianly composed of water pot , oil pot , homogenizer pot , vacuum system , lifting system (optional) electric control system (PLC is optional) , operation platform ,etc .

2.The triple homogenizing adopts the imported frequency converter for speed adjustment , which can meet different technilogical demands .
3.The mixing mulser structure made through German technology adopts the imported double-end mechanical seal effect . The maximum homogenizing rotation speed can reach 4200 rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-0.5 um.
4.The vacuum defoaming can make materials meet the requirment of being aseptic . The vacuum material sucking is adopted , and especially for the powder materials ,vacuum sucking can avoid dust .
5.The homogenizing pot lid can adopts lifting system , easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious , the homogenizing pot can tilt discharge .
6.The homogenizing pot body is welded by imported three-layer stainless steel plate . The tank body and the pipes adopt mirror polishing pot can adopt tilt discharge .
7.According to technological requirements , the tank body can heat or cool the materials , The heating modes mianly include steam heating and electric heating .

A5 . There are two ways of heating , electric heating and steam heating . Gnerally when the capacity less than 500 L we make it electric heating , when the capacity above 500 L we make it steam heating . It's can be customized too .
Q6 . What's the difference between electric heating and steam heating ?
A6 . The advantage of steam heating is faster than electric heating . But for steam heating you need to buy a steam generator additional . The advantage of electric heating is convenient .
Q7. What if I do not need heating function ?
A7 . As machine can be customized , if you no need heating , we could make it single layer . Just one wall .
