Machine description of Liquid soap shampoo shower gel mixing machine
*The mixing machine, a kind of wall scraping mixer, adopts frequency converter to adjust the mixing speed
which would make various kinds of products according to the customers’ requirements.
*The pot body is welded with three layers imported stainless steel. if needed, the main pot can be heated and
cooled down by filling the interlayer with heated steam or cooling water.
*The whole machine and pipes is mirror polished which definitely meets the GMP standard.
*The mixing tank can be made into sealed type. You only can open it from the manhole and inspect its working
from the sight glass. This type is cleaner and in a higher sanitary degree. If you make some product in higher
degree, it can be considered.
*Base on your requirements on product quality and fineness, the circulation pipes and homogenizer can be
added.
*The diversified high speed homogenizer can powerfully mix solid and liquid products and dissolve the insoluble
materials like AES, AESA, LSA, etc. It reduces the energy consumption and shorten the production time.

A:Pre-sale: According to email communication or futher more communication to make sure the details

Under-sale: We make sure to check the machine before the shipping,and for machines, we support 1
years warranty and lifelong possitive service.
After-sale: We can install the machne in your factory, but the cost of accomodation,air ticket,and technician
fee will be on your account. However,for small machine,we can install here and shooting the video to send you. When you get the machines, you operate on basic of operation instruction and video.
