This 1000L electric heating mixing tank is a large-capacity constant temperature blending equipment independently developed by Sipuxin. The whole machine is integrally made of food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, equipped with an electric heating thermal oil temperature control system in the double-layer jacket and thickened thermal insulation layer on the outer layer to prevent high-temperature scalding. It is fitted with a variable frequency adjustable stirring unit, and agitator blades can be customized according to material characteristics. The sealed tank body realizes integrated processing including heating, stirring, dissolving, emulsifying and mixing. Polished inner surface without dead corners makes cleaning and disassembly easy. Optional accessories such as movable casters, bottom homogenizer and spray cleaning system are available.
