This mobile heating mixing tank is an all‑in‑one mixing and homogenizing unit specially built for liquid cosmetic and daily‑chemical production. Different from ordinary mixing tanks, it is equipped with both top agitator and bottom high‑shear homogenizer, which realizes rapid mixing, emulsification and homogenization for medium‑viscosity liquid materials.
Supported by movable frame with lockable casters, the whole machine can be shifted freely in your workshop without fixed installation. The inner tank in contact with materials adopts SUS304 or SUS316 mirror‑polished stainless steel to satisfy GMP sanitary requirements. Jacket electric heating provides uniform temperature control up to 90℃, supporting raw material melting and constant‑temperature processing.
