 Operation Method of the Machine

A) Turn on the main power switch, then turn on the ventilation switch. Meanwhile, check the direction of the fan wheel. The correct direction should be counter - clockwise rotation. If not, please change the phase wires.
B) Press the conveying button. The conveying rollers and chains will start to operate. The conveying speed can be adjusted by turning the knob of the speed controller on the panel.
C) Open the protective cover of the temperature controller. Rotate the knob on the temperature controller and set the temperature to 150 - 200°C as required.
D) When the temperature rises to the set value, the green indicator light of the temperature controller will turn red, and the heating tube will stop heating temporarily.
E) At this point, place the products to start the shrink - packaging process.
F) It is better to turn on the cooling switch during the packaging process.
G) Pay special attention: Before shutting down the machine after work, turn off the heating switch and set the temperature controller to 0°C to stop the heating tube from heating.
H) Open the heat - insulating curtain and let the ventilation and conveying operate normally for about 10 minutes to extend the service life of the machine.
