Dsipersing mixer,speed:0-1440RPM
Mixer：Fixed stirrer & frame-wall teflon scrapping agitator with blade
Homogenizer way
Power: 4KW; Speed: 0-3000RPM,speed adjustable
 Mixing Motor
Mixing Motor:Drive the main mixing paddle for uniform stirring of materials.
Dsipersing mixerMotor: High‑speed shear motor for fine
Heat‑dissipation rib structure: Good heat dissipation, supports long‑duration continuous production.
Mixing system
Frame-wall fixed mixer with side Teflon scraper
Speed:0-63 RPM ,speed is adjustable, ABB Switzerland brand ,frequency convertor.
Material:SUS.316
Effect: The mixer of the emulsifier achieves rapid dispersion and homogenization through directional shear force and circulating
flow, forming a stable and delicate emulsion, and at the same time, the structure is simple and the energy consumption is low,
which is suitable for the continuous emulsification of high viscosity
Homogenizing system
High shear homogenizer
Speed:0-3000RPM,speed is adjustble.ABB Switzerland brand ,frequency convertor.
Material:SUS.316
Component:It is made of stator and rotor.Rotor and stator adopts wire cutting finish machining, polishing treatment before assembly. Axis adopt dynamic balance process. homogenizer Adopting Germany Bergman mechanical seal, NSK bearing made in Japan.
Bottom discharge
The bottom discharge hole with manual valve control.
1.Gravity discharge:It is suitable for the low viscous product.Let it be discharged by gravity
2.Pressure discharge:Add air, give it pressure to discharge the product.
3.Pump discharge:Use pump(like lobe pump) to discharge the product.
Button control box
Material:SUS.304
Components:Power switch,voltage,current,speed adjustment,temperature controller,timer of the homogenizer, self-protection system etc.

* Be able to display, set and adjust the center mixer speed .
* Be able to set and adjust the homogenizing speed
