This fully automatic double head gear pump filling machine is specially developed for quantitative filling of medium & high-viscosity products such as cosmetic cream, facial lotion, body butter, hair mask, ointment and various paste-form personal care items, which can form a complete closed cosmetic production line together with our vacuum homogenizer emulsifier and blending mixing tank.
Core Filling Structure & Precision The machine adopts two sets of independent high-precision stainless steel gear pump as metering core, each pump can set filling volume separately, filling accuracy error is controlled within ±1%.
Equipped with adjustable lifting filling nozzles, the nozzle can automatically rise when filling starts and drop after filling completion, effectively prevent material dripping, stringing and wastage, greatly improve finished product yield.
The filling range can be customized from 10ml to 5000ml to satisfy diversified specification demands of skincare brands.
Body Material & Sanitary Standard All product contact parts are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, complying with international cosmetic GMP production hygiene requirement.
The whole machine frame is thickened carbon steel with anti-rust coating or optional full stainless steel structure.
