Brief introduction and advantages
♣The make up mixing machine, a kind of wall scraping mixer, adopts frequency converter to adjust the mixing speed which would make various kinds of products according to the customers’ requirements.
♣The pot body is welded with three layers imported stainless steel. According to your process craft, the heating or cooling system can be added.
♣The whole machine and pipes is mirror polished which definitely meets the GMP standard.
♣The mixing machine series has two types of cover, manhole cover and open cover. The small mixing tank is open cover here, common type, economical and easy to open the cover..
Additional function and innovation
♣You can choose to add the high speed homogenizer which can powerfully mix solid and liquid products and dissolve the insoluble materials like AES, AESA, LSA, etc. It reduces the energy consumption and shortens the production time.
♣According to different process craft, the main pot can be heated or cooled down. You can choose the team heating or electric heating. Discharge from the bottom by the homogenizer or a transfer pump.
