I. High Degree of Automation, Labor Saving & Higher Production Capacity
The whole process is fully automatic, including tube loading, positioning, filling, flattening, sealing, trimming, batch coding and tube discharging. Only one operator is required to monitor a single machine.
Stable production speed: standard models run at 30–120 tubes per minute, while high-speed versions can reach 150 tubes per minute. The output far exceeds manual and semi-automatic equipment for mass production.
Automatic feeding and defective tube rejection reduce manual sorting workload.

II. High Filling Accuracy & Low Material Waste
Equipped with servo piston metering system, the filling tolerance is controlled within ±0.5%~±1%, avoiding overfilling or underfilling for creams, gels, lotions, ointments and other materials.
Closed material tank delivery prevents dripping and splashing, significantly cutting raw material loss and production costs.
Compatible with high-viscosity pastes, low-viscosity liquids and particle-containing materials, such as toothpaste, ointment, facial cleanser, hand cream, glue and sealant.

III. Firm & Neat Sealing, High Finished Product Yield
Two mainstream sealing technologies are optional: hot air sealing and ultrasonic sealing.
Hot air sealing: tightly fused tube tail, leak-proof and crack-resistant with strong pressure resistance.
Ultrasonic sealing: no high-temperature burning, ideal for heat-sensitive materials, delivering smooth sealing edges without scorching.
Automatic trimming ensures tidy burr-free seals. Production date, batch number and shelf life can be embossed simultaneously to unify product appearance and enhance brand grade.
Effectively prevent incomplete sealing and virtual sealing, reducing after-sales complaints about liquid leakage.
